The practice of yoga is accessible regardless of how your body moves.
With the support of a chair (as needed), you'll benefit from physical yoga poses (asana) such as increased muscle tone, flexibility, strength, improved range of motion, body awareness, and agility, as well as yoga's mental and spiritual benefits.
We'll also integrate fun, accessibility and ease into this live, online yoga class!
